In the silent night of the forest near Mystique came an armored figure riding a strange creature. "We will rest here for a few Kirin." said the armored figure whose armor was a light silver with greenish blue cloth inbetween the plates. He never once removed his helmet as he laid his shield and sword againest the tree that he too slowly began to lean on. His steed, Kirin began to kneel besides the armored figure and nudge closely to him. Kirin spoke to him in telepathic speech "Good night Victor, we should be at Castle Mystique in the morning, I will wake you up a hour before sunrise." "Thank you my friend." said Victor as he began to lay still.

I would ask why someone like you is out at a time like this. -Out of the bushes and trees of the forest, Nazealus appeared, in his demonic form, yet suprisingly serene.- You're not from around here, I would say. Judging by the looks of your armor and your steed. -He stepped in front of his downed body. A cold look lay on his face as he examined him a little bit. With his body covered from head to toe in armor, he couldn't help but wonder.- You seem to be a knight of some sorts. Am I correct?

"You would be correct demonic Elf. Nazealus Kasai correct? Don't be alarmed I know your name, it isn't because you are king ether. Think of me as telepaths you know, but then make them weak and feeble compared to me. Anyhow, I am just resting till before sun break. I was going to apply to be your escort, M'lord." said Victor in a calm, peaceful voice as he moved his armored head so his voided visor peered at Nazealus.

Heh. A little overconfident, arent you? -He chuckled slightly before gazing into the armored man's visor- Well, if what you say is true, I can't just let you go as is. You see, there's a reason I dont have an escort yet. -shoots a small bolt of lightning at his feet- You're going to have to prove yourself to me if you wish to be my escort. -He sighed as he layed against a tree.- I'm sorry, I'm at a little bit of a disadvantage here. And you are?

*Victor slowly rises, remaining slient like a statue, his armor not even making noise* "I am Victor Sorell, and no I am not overconfident. I can not be that if I know my abilities. And, fine, if it is a battle you wish to have, then you may have the first move."

Well, then this should be fun. -Raising a single hand, he rushes in a side-to-side manuever, until finally, heading above Victor with a single hand charged with energy. His cold lifeless stare turned into a grin as Nazealus's face lit up with a dark pleasure-

"I see, areial assualt, sadly, while that would of worked on a normal knight, it won't on me." spoke Victor as he did a complete back-flip away from Nazealus and quickly drew his sword and shield from the sheath and grip on his steed.

Luckily you're not a drab ordinary knight. -He said as he appeared in the air again, but this time, ready with a number of rapid strikes against him, not letting up for anything as he attempted to push him back- If you can keep up, then make it interesting and fight back!

"Alright my savage lord." said Victor as he slammed the bottom of his shield into the ground angled to block Nazealus' attacks and then pushing the demon back shouted "Paradise Lost Spell Number 53-Seraphim Quake!" *Victor quickly spins his sword so the blade pointed downward, and with a swift thrust, impales the earth beneath him causing massive cracks to appear and physical hurting light to radiate from the cracks striking in a large range.*

-As the light shot up, Nazealus felt a sharp, burning sensation, as he flew out of the way of the rays- <What the hell just happeneing to me? That light.. it felt so strong, it made me compelled to just get away..> -He then looked to see his dark shard glowing, though he payed it no attention, as he flew overhead, out of the reach of the beams of light, to get behind Victor, unsheathing his sword, and charging at him once more-

*Victor's body didn't move as he was impaled by the King's blade, instead he moved as he stepped forward and did a quick back swing with his sword, the blade still pointed downward on the fist.*

-As he had gotten attacked by Victor's sword as well, he moved back, pulling his blood-ridden blade back as he began to retaliate. Feeling the dark shard's glow again, he pointed his sword at Victor, while in the air, harnessing energy as it shot a dark bolt of lightning- <The power from the Heaven's Core is incredible.. but why am I only feeling these effects now? And not against an actual enemy, such as before?> -He got these thoughts out of his head as he looks towards the powerful knight-

*Victor quickly sheaths his sword on on the scrab on his left hip and throws the shield away. Then shouting out and while thrusting his open palms forward says* "Paradist Lost Number 35-Seraphim Channel!" *Victor catches the lightning in his hands, and then channeling light into it creates a opposite version of the attack and hurls it back at Nazealus*

-Nazealus slowly sees the lightning come back to him as it shocks him with a thundering jolt. As he's hit, he cant help but shout as he falls to the forest below him. His body, ailed with burn marks, rises slowly, and approaches Victor.- I think that's all for now. I would keep going. But, the sun will be here soon, and I must return to the castle. Once you're there, we can offically put your request though. Farewell. -Nazealus flies away towards the castle, his powers seemingly weakening as he tries to rush there-

"Alright then, my king. I shall see you sometime at the Sun's rise." Victor noting he had not gotten any sleep yet sighed for he would just sleep at the castle. "Beats sleeping on a tree, right Kirin?" "Yes Victor, maybe they have really nice stables." THe two slowly walked towards the castle, pondering about the future.
