Trace's Reign Begins (aka RP)

Trace gracefully gided his way through the wind bladesand raised his hand into the air catching Nova using telekensis "sorry but I don't plan on getting cut today" traced said as he threw Nova higher into the air and aim his gun blade at him "Lion burst" trace yelled as he pulled the trigger sending a giant flaming lion at Nova

Jin stood silent on the grassy plain a battalion of target ahead of him as koganei caught up to him, " im going to assume your well versed with that bow after your introduction erlier, so this testing will be a little....different"
no sooner had the words escaped his mouth, before he ran towards the army of targets jumping and clasping one between his legs, he then fliped over onto his hands and with a flick of his ankle sent the target flying into the air, he followed this by pushing of the ground grabbing a target in each hand on either side of him as he rose then as he deftly moved his body back toward a landing position he flung each of the two targets in opposite directions, elegantly catching his weight on the balls of his heels as he landed.

"Five arrows in each no more than two centimeters from center" he'd yelled back as he performed the action

He's hit by the lion flame and is blown far away into some trees. It's silent for a while, but then a giant tornado rages towards Trace. He thought,

~You didn't make me High General for nothing. One hit isn't enough.~

Nova then appeared behind Trace and sent a powerful jab with the end of his scythe, hoping to push him into the, still raging, tornado.

Watches Jin silently then nods taking his bow off his back, notches an arrow on the string pulls back then looses it sending it flying to the right target "quick fire" shoots 9 more arrows in a blinding succesion each hiting 2 cm apart from the others in both targets.

"Holy Sh** a tornado when did you learn to do that!" Trace said as his eyes grew wide at the site of the giant tornado but he quickly regained his composer and he closed his eyes and brought his sword around in a circular slice -And im not your king for nothing- Trace said into Nova's mind as a giant flame appeared inside the tornado causing the tornado to burn everything in its path. The flaming tornado was quickly extinguished by Trace so that the tornado did not destroy his castle "Nice fight shall we continue or help the others?" Trace said as he looked around at the shocked crowds faces as they gazed at their king and high Generals power.

Jin reached behind him, unstrapping his gunblade as he analysed the targets "well done an impressive feat, unfortunately you missed the first target i threw" as it fell to the ground behind Jin he didnt seem to move an inch, yet as it hit the ground the target split in two, he began eyeing the two blades on koganei's back,

"will it be necessary for me to assess you with those?" he enquired

He looked at trace and thought,

~I still have to check our forces, I didn't really get started on my assignment...But I would love to continue our spar later.~

With that he dissapeared. He decided to start with the dragons first. They all seemed healthy, well-fed, clean. He next moved to the foot soldiers, checking each individual's skills for any flaws. He found none. Lastly, he decided to check the armory, seeing if all the weapons, armor, and shields were all in order. Once he counted all of them, he headed to the Garden Of Darkness. He was done until Trace needed something else of him.

"you mean these?" smiles darkly up at jin with both his blades pressed crisscrossed against his neck.

"yes those would be the blades"

he looked down at Koganei, unpeturbed by his current position<he fluidly kicked off the floor backwards away from the blades as Koganei crossed them completely, as he flew backwards he swiftly unstrapped Rampardos his gunblade, switching his momentum instantly he began running toward Koganei but jumped before he reached twisting his body so he was positioned vertically upside down over Koganei Swinging Rampardos aiming to slice staight through him

jumps back sliding across the ground then sheaths his swords putting his hands together and closes his eyes whispering a dark elven spell "karatosa!"shoots a ball of dark energy at jin then runs to the side of it holding one sword jumping away sliding two fingers down the blade as it turns a dark red like it got dipped in blood "shattering blood!" swings his blade up letting loose a spray of red shards at jin

"haha theres a little more to this guy, he's almost interesting" Jin thought as his body contorted landing acrobatically on his feet, he looked up to see the energy ball flying towards him, he held up his flattened palm once again using magic to send a current through his hand dispersing the ball, he then swung Rampardros around with his other hand deflecting the shards on of which actually stuck into the blade.

With a flick of his wrist he sent the shard flying back at its owner,whilst bringing up his hand he called out "Evicerating Flame" a claw of flame reached over to Kagonei from infront of Jin's palm swiping at him, with his free hand he brought up Rampardros aiming it at Kagonei and firing a grenade type bullet which flew toward his opponent.

jumps up onto the wall dodging the shard and flame claw burrying his sword into the wall dragging it as he runs across it then stops jumping onto his blade balancing with ease as he watches the grenade hit the spot next to him stunning him for a split second "argh..." quickly recovers bring his bow up knotching an arrow then lets a flurry of arrows loose upon jin

Jumps into the air grabbing his sword from the wall quickly putting the bow back on his back unsheathing his other blade, turns mid air to where his he upside down planting his feet on the ceiling twirling both his blades really fast then slashes his blades in a criss cross sending air waves at jin then jumps off the ceiling down at jin but quickly dissapears

"troublesome"

the air infront of Jin begins getting excited twisting, writhing until it was compressed into a swirling cyclone that shot forward shattering the arrows leaving them as nothing but splinters falling to the ground next to a mess of pointed flint heads.

Jin turned watching Koganei's movements never moving from where he stood at the center of the fight, then Koganei made some erratic movements sending two compressed waves of air at him, he jumped back somersaulting and landing a few feet back of where the waves crashed into the ground shattering the paving Koganei was then above him dropping towards him, he thrust Rampardros up in a move that would have skewered Koganei but he was gone, dissapeared.....but where Jin had never once taken his eyes off him, must have been some form of magic but it was proving to be tedious.

appears for a quick second infront of jin my face almost touching his then dissapears appearing behind jin swinging one of his blades low towards jin's legs the other going high towards jin's torso then quickly spins around low to the ground, knicking at his legs, to the front of jin coming up jumping away as he knicks jin's wrist cutting them making him drop his gunblade, lands a few feet away, rushes foward bringing one blade up between jin's legs stopping cenimeters from it as the other blade presses against his neck

He heard clashing near the archery field, so he decided to end his gardening for the day. He then walked back out to the archery field and sat up in a tree. He then thought, noticing that Trace was nearby.

~So he's pretty good, eh? That Drow Ranger fellow...~

Jin looks down slowly observing the small cut on his wrist a droplet of blood slowly running from it, he looks back up at Koganei who is stood infront of him with the two blade in ......compromising positions, directing his piercing gaze straaight back into Koganei's eye he slammed his palm into the wrist of the hand holding the blade to his neck as the second blade was brought up rising between his legs he jumped up landing on the rising arm, he proceeded to run up it ending by slamming both feet into Koganei's face in a bone crunching drop kick sending his opponent flying backwards as he calmly scooped up Rapardros.

"dont get that close to me again" he said as his opponent fell through the air with traces of a smirk intertwined in his features.

rolls backwards once he hits the ground stands up brushing the dust and dirt off himself. fixes his nose and wipes the blood away. Sheaths his sword and walks away silently humming a elvish song to himself, which was also a sacraficing song, the song fading when he walks through a door

Watches in silence as Koganei recoversand leaves, his usual contemtuous glare following him. as Koganei's figure dissapeared through the doorway he looked over to Trace

- A general -

He left the training grounds headed back to his room without further thought.

While walking around inspecting the castle he ran in to his majesty king Trace so he stops and bows to Trace "hello your majesty"

Jin sat cross legged on the floor Sweat dripping from every pore of his body for the past 2 hours he been creating eyes from shadow throughout mystique but theyre protective spells had been stronger than he'd anticipated, it was taking all his energy just to channel spell, every eye he'd created fatigued him massivley.

"Dammit these must have been set there by that bastard Valarius, it would seem his legend is accurate he must have been every bit as powerful as i've heard, this will definately make entry problematic" he said it aloud aloud absentmindedly meaning to merely consider it in his head.

But the strain had been worth it, he'd been able to observe they're higher ranking officers all of which seemed adiquetly skilled, the enchantments on the room belonging to the queen had been too strong even for him and he'd been left unable to observe her. theyre army was large eisily a formidable match to Draeconis although theyre soldiers appeared less gritty and battle hardened compared to the grizzly ragefilled members of Draeconis's military forces, it was hard enough stopping them killing each other but what had struck him most about Mystique's kingdom was its beauty floral fields, helthy shrubbery, ornate chinaware and Exquisite paintings lined the walls. everything was so bright and cheerful, the thought of being surrounded by scenes like that cosecutively day after day made Jin sick. Whilst Draeconis wasnt conventionally beutiful its intense architecture and neutral colours made it a bearable home at least.

It was then that Jin heard the summons, it would be interesting to go up against theyre kingdom a battle Jin would enjoy but it did remind him about the more pressing matter, he would have to ask trace if any more of the Heavens core had been located.

stands straight looking at Trace "i was wondering about the battle...what if the others have sent spies....?"
